Looks like Tipula lateralis to me. But I'm no expert.

Hi, thanks I considered lateralis, it is variable in coloration and patterns. After some more query I found my specimen can possivbelly be within this range.

With the yellow dorsal strips and reddish tip it is more likely Tipula pierrei.
