Hi Mike, it's hard to go to species level without seeing more details of the bristles. But L. cinerea's frons' width measures only one quarter of the head's width, so I think it's not L. cinerea as your fly's is about one third - if the arista is long pubescent(?) and mid tibia without an av-seta(!) it could be a female Leucophora sociata.
