Can this Tabanidae be identified more precisely?

Length: 10 (?) mm
Funddatum: 25.06.2025
Fundhabitat: Forest, near water
Fundort: near Nuremberg, 340 m NN

I expect this should be an Atylotus species. But I have made stupid mistakes with Tabanidae before. So wait for the experts :-).

Hello neighbour Bernd, I think your fly's lower eye half is green with dark dots! The antenna doesn't fit for Atylotus - I think it's a male Silvius alpinus! A lateral or frontal view would support this.
It's not too far to my garden - hope to see it soon!
