Possible Neomochterus flavipes ♂ --> confusus

I think I found a possible Neomochterus flavipes ♂ (Spain: Girona province: Beuda), observed on two ocasions in the same locality, 12.vi.2025 and 18.vi.2025.
Is possible to confirm?
Reinaud determined the specimen as Aneomochtherus confusus https://www.inatu.../289719710.

The male of 18.vi.2025, looks so similar I'm quite sure is the same species
