What do you think about this beautiful Dolichopodidae ? (French Guiana)----->Pelastoneurus

Observed in Kourou, French Guiana
The genus is may be difficult to find for this pretty Dolichopodidae ?

Around 4-5 mm long

Yes, I think it is Pelastoneurus, and somebody said it is may be P lineatus
