Hello,
this nice Cecidomyiidae was found on May 20 on Poaceae in a northern Part of Hannover, Germany. It looks like Lasioptera hungarica in the gallery and in this thread: https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=30216.
Could Lasioptera hungarica be O.K.?

I can't even confirm tribe. Both Lasiopterini and Alycaulini have short vein R4+5 and may have a white spot where that vein ends.
