Interesting, but difficult tomsay. We can't see the calli. Locality and length of antenna support Neavella, which is definitely not Tabanus ! Theo |

Yes, it is Neavella albipectus. It looks darker than my specimens from Madagascar, but these have been in alkohol, that might explain it Theo |
