Tribe Chironomini. If the wings are hairy possibly a Polypedilum (Pentapedilum). |

Hello John thank you for the Answer. I will go to Chironomidae sp. remain. At maximum magnification you can see a bit of hair on the edges of the wings. But unfortunately the photo is simply too blurry at maximum magnification to see it clearly. Best Wishes Karl. |
