Hello
this little fly found iin the garden on a wall (the 08 01 2025) was suggested Drosophila suboscura

Body length : 2,5 mm.

Locality : Luçon,85400 west of France (near La Rochelle)

Do you agree ?

Yes it seems that it is subobscura. To be sure it would help to better see palpus and oviprovector.
