Probably a Drosophila,, picture taken in improper angle so that arista looks bare. Blurred, so that costal break and preapical setae on tibiae are indistinct. Having this in mind, D. phalerata male would suit well. Are there more photos? |

Great, now the characters which I mentioned previously are well visible and I can confirm, with great probability, D. phalerata male.
