Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), right by the lake Selenter See, at a leaf of Salix cf. fragilis, 13th of June 2024, (Photo: kuv). No idea ... Cool - Please help to get the ID.

Looking at your picture in the Diptera Gallery (s. https://diptera.i...oto_id=554) I think "my fly" should also be Themira putris (Sepsidae).
