Hello,
my pictures are from June 6, 2022 in Hannover,Germany. It was at our garden pond with a lot of Juncaceae. Could it possibly be a Cerodontha bimaculata?

Many thanks from Hans

I agree with subgenus Dizygomyza. Cerodontha bimaculata is supposed to have wing membrane darkened.
