c12mm male feeding on Limonium insigne (a Lavender endemic to Andalucia) in a botanic garden at Rodalquilar, Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park, Almeria, Spain on 15.3.24. A very distinctive very pale Bombylid, matching images of Dischistus sp. I can find. Might this be D. separatus which I believe is recorded form this part of Spain, though there may well be other possibilities.
