 Fungus(?) on specimens central Europe

I found some specimens in my collection with what looks like a white fungus. Does anyone recognise this and know the best course of action? Thanks so much JCobain attached the following image:  [288.24Kb] |

At some point (or perhaps still) the specimens were stored under too humid conditions. Keeping the dry enough will prevent spread. You might try to remove it using a fine brush or tip of a pin but if it is not spreading and still 'open' as on the picture, you might consider just leaving it there.
