I spotted this approx. 10-12mm fly on 01.07.2024 in Germany Baden Württemberg in a damp, wildly overgrown landfill. Can the fly be identified?

Either Syrphus ribesii or S. torvus, since the tarsi are dark. On the first picture the may be visible hairs on the eyes; if so, it is torvus (m).
