This Brachycera was found on my window a few days ago, just outside Stockholm Sweden. Is it possible to say what genus it is, or even species? Interesting feature is that the middle pair of legs has "white socks"

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
