Not having much experience with Sepsidae, I was wondering if this could be Sepsis fulgens?

Alula with microtrichiae, only dark spot R2+3, meron not glossy black (more like katepisternum), tergite 4 and 5 with strong marginal setae, syntergite 1+2 without strong setae
