I usually refrain from attempting to ID these, but this one strikes me as quite different, and it seems to have only 3 post-sut dc, so how far can it be IDed?

All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated.

My Diptera observations (and other living forms) can be found here, and corrections or comments over there would also be appreciated.

The black tegula and very yellow second antennal segment strongly S. paludosa.

Thanks Theo,
I took a different route as I could only see 3 post-sut dc's, and the 3rd antennal segment seems to be wider than the fore femure, which shoulc exclude paludosa according to Tschorsnig's key

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
