It's hard or nearly impossible to identify your fly without a dorsal view and a sharp image of the legs. It resembles a female Fannia lustrator - but it's only a guess.

sometimes there are only lateral fotos and
IDing is not possilble, that's life

Does Fannia have an orange face? I think, it must be Anthomyiidae.
