Photos 18-5-2024. Netherlands, North Holland, Bergen.
The similar flies in our garden are Anthomyia procellaris. I had doubts about this one and therefore posted it on the Dutch website Waarneming. Image recognition was also uncertain and ended up with 50% Limnophora tigrina, 12% Eustalomyia hilaris, 10% Anthomyia procellaris.

What do you think?

Thank you Niels-Jan. I had also compared it with Eustalomyia hilaris, which I photographed in the garden years ago, but I did not look further in that genus. Nice to have a new species. Am happy with it! Wink
