Hi.

Could anyone please help with possible id on this Myopa..?

Due to the many long hairs on tergites, legs etc, my thoughts go to vicaria,??

Seen in Denmark, near Aalborg in former sand pit, feeding and resting in a small group of willow trees.

24.04.2024, Denmark

Cheers
Gert

Hi Gert, as far as I can see, Myopa vicaria is correct.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
