Nope. First antennal segment is too short and spines on scutellum are lacking. It seems to be a Lasiopa, which I did not expect from Iberia. Your catalogue gives one species:
L. rufitarsis, but description by Rozkosny does not fit.
It might be some North African species (or even genus) heading north.

This is a female of Pycnomalla splendens! They are common in north Africa and most of Spain, also found far East as Israel! Great pics!
