Muscidae - Hydrotaea?

I'm thinking Hydrotaea maybe. Am I right? From 7 April, central lowland France, warm calcareous grassland habitat surrounded by woodland. This is the only photo, and I didn't get the specimen.

May be Hydrotaea, difficult to be sure.
