Are they both mosquito larvae?->larva and pupa of a Culicidae

Photographed yesterday in Zhejiang China. I'm sure one is definitely the larva of a certain mosquito but I'm not sure about the other. They were observed together.

The first image shows a larva, the 2nd a pupa - probably of the same Culicidae-species.
