Photographed today near a river in Zhejiang China. Arista appears to be bare. All the tarsi are black. Is Genus Pegomya a good candidate? Thanks!

Japanese species reviewed by Suwa (1974, 2000). Chinese species reviewed in Flies of China volume 1 based largely on male genital characters.
