Micropsectra notescens (Chironomidae)?

Had a small chironomid taken to light in Essex, UK almost a week ago. I have tried keying it through using FBA Male Chironomidae of Britain and Ireland (Langton & Pinder, 2007) but had to make a few assumptions as can't clearly see the tarsal beards. The genitalia look a fair match to me but I have only just started looking into this family of flies.
