Hi Pietro, I think female Leucostoma is correct and it's probably L. anthracinum.

From Ceretti (2010): I tachinidi della fauna italiana:

Addome lungo e stretto;
il tergite 3, misurato circa a metà della lunghezza, è largo 0,9-1,5 volte la lunghezza massima del tergite stesso.
Setole marginali dei tergiti 3 e 4 visibilmente prone (talvolta il paio mediano del tergite 3 è eretto).
Forcipe non appiattito e non molto robusto.

Abdomen long and narrow;
Tergite 3, measured approximately halfway along, is 0.9-1.5 times as wide as the maximum length of the tergite itself.
Marginal bristles of tergites 3 and 4 visibly tilted (sometimes the middle pair of tergites 3 is erect).
Pliers not flattened and not very robust.
