Could someone help me identifying these fly? Can it be Paragus pecchiolii?
The photo was made near Barcelona, Catalonia (NE Spain), 13/07/2019.

There seems to be red markings on the tergites, so maybe P. albifrons (m) is a better bid. I have however not seen that species myself.
