 Could someone help me identifying these fly?
The photo was made near Barcelona, Catalonia (NE Spain), today, 11/10/2015.

 With the long petiole on vein R4+5 it could be one of Rhinophoridae (Stevenia?).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
