Hello, I have caught this Atylotus male in Hungary, and I can’t really distinguish fulvus and loewianus. Could you help me please? What is the best to determine males? Eyes with really long yellow hairs. I read a lot of features but none of them seems really reliable and clear for me. varganimrod attached the following image: [61.26Kb] |

Hi, I made a quick shot of the key characters in the great book by Theo and André (https://www.velds...villi.html). If there are really long hairs on the eyes, it should be A. loewianus. Regards, Sundew Sundew attached the following image: [86.8Kb] Edited by Sundew on 19-11-2023 05:47 |
