 Tephrochlamys flavipes

This Brachycera was sitting just outside my front door beginning of November this year. Location outside Stockholm Sweden. Wings are around 5 mm long and they are notable longer than the body length. I think it's a Tephrochlamys flavipes or rufiventris (Heleomyzidae)
