I spotted this fly on leaves in Germany, Baden Württemberg on the forest path. Can the fly be identified?

Thank you and best regards
Bernd

Lauxaniidae, Calliopum.

Unlike Ephydridae, Lauxaniidae normally have two strong reclinate fronto-orbital bristles.

Hello,

with this greenish touch it should be Calliopum aeneum.
Best regards,
Jürgen
