Hello everyone, I photographed this approximately 8 mm fly today in southwest Germany on a forest path in the Black Forest. I think it's the genus Lucilia. Is it possible to determine the species? Hi Siggi, this is very likely a female Lucilia caesar (but we cannot surely exclude L. illustris, ampullacea).
