Another tiny fly at fruit bait (22.07.23) --> Amiota?

Hello,

apart from several Drosophila these other 2-3 mm flies visited the fruit bait in our courtyard (northwest Germany).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
