I found this fly, with shape and behaviour of Sepsis, but body was bicoloured and wings had multiple black spots. I could not find similar Sepsidae on internet. It walked around on leaves of Heracleum sphondylium.

That's either Geomyza balachowskyi or Geomyza hackmani [Opomyzidae]

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
