Hello Lauzette, yes, it's a tachinid and I think it's not completely black - the abdomen seems to be red laterally. Combined with the petiole on R₅ and the large costal spine: male Eriothrix rufomaculata. (ps. you chose the wrong forum) Greetings, Eric Kloeckner |
