Meiosimyza laeta ?

Hi everyone,
I think this small Lauxaniidae could be Meiosimyza laeta:
- setae outside the ocellar triangle
- one pair of presutural dc
- no anteroventral black spinules at the apex of the fore femora
- wings clear
- antennae entirely yellow
- palpi entirely yellow
- 2 setae on the katepisternum
