Observed recently from Zhejiang China (E121.28 N28.63), body length probably over 10mm. bicolored abdomen suggestive of Blepharipa spec. could it be a Goniini? Or something else in the tribe Exoristini? pity, only lateral and frontal shots (no dorsal) were taken.

Very difficult to say from these angles.
It is not Blepharipa, though it looks similar: calyptra is not angular (“Sturmiini”). Gut feeling, which can be very wrong, is Goniini.
