Hello, a 10 mm Pipiza with unusual orange markings. On buttercup flowers next to a small rivulet (northwest Germany). Hi Jürgen, the yellow spots on the abdomen are very variable within the genus Pipiza. Mixing two individuals within one post is not the best idea. Best wishes, Helge |

I found it on exactly the same place (< 2 m difference) with a time difference of only a few days. And I never saw more than one specimen.
