Hello,
Observed on 20 May 2023 in Ungersheim (East of France - 221 m) at the edge of the water on a phragmites.
I propose Chloropidae family. Perhaps Lipara similis ? Or an other genus ?

No ideae ? The scutum has silvery-golden hairs. Can this help ?
