I'm looking for PDF :
Monograph of Northern and Central European spe cies of Platypalpus (Diptera, Hybotidae) with data on the occurrence in Czechoslovakia (GROOTAERT, P. & CHVALA, M. - 1992)
It's out of print everywhere.
