To me, the pictures seem to show rather D. histrio, but it is difficult to tell this in absence of a good picture of ovipositor.

Thanks to both of you! Wnen I check in "The Drosophilidae (Diptera)
of Fennoscandia and Denmark" genitalia fits well to histrio. I am not able to get any good photos on it unfortunatly.
