I found this fly on a wall in the sun (22-06-2006, Belgium).
Is it an Anthomyiidae ?

Yes Christine, it is a female Eustalomyia.

She was near nests of Ancistrocerus. Are they also cleptoparasites of those species or only of Crabro ?

Most records I have seen are from Crabronidae, and other species of Eustalomyia have been reared from nests of Sphecoidea as well. I don't know what group Ancistrocerus belongs to.

Ancistrocerus belongs to Eumenidae (Vespoidea).
