Small Diptera stuck on an insectivorous plant

Hi,

I have photographed this small fly stuck on a butterwort in Asturias (Spain), about 1250 asl.
Any idea about its identity? Empididae?

Thanks John, you are probably right. there is a distinct bump on thorax. I have overlooked this feature.
