 Hi Bart, I think I see only patches, not bands on the tergites: male Stratiomys chamaeleon (Stratiomyidae).

 Oh, it looked like Syrphidae to me, I'm sorry for posting it in the wrong spot. Anyways thanks a lot Eric!
