Larvae Culicidae?

Hi Larvae-forum,

This small larvae was found under wet leafs, some ~6mm
Is it a Cullicidae-larvae?

place: Amsterdam forest, on a bank next to a swamp.

I don't think it is a mosquito as it doesn't have the large breathing tube on the tail. But I've no idea what family it is.

Body segments without projections, and bases of setae on tubercles - looks like Forcipomyia sp.
