Is it possible to identify this syrphid fly by such foto? May 2022. Transcarpathion region of Ukraine.

No. Neither possibly haired eyes, nor colouration of hind femora are visible. Additionally the last character would not be useful here, because it's a male. So it must stay Syrphus sp.
