Chloropidae: Lipara pullitarsis Doskočil & Chvála, 1971 or L. rufitarsis Macquart, 1835. (L. lucens Meigen, 1830, L. similis Schiner, 1854, and L. salina Nartshuk & Kanmiya, 1996 possess longer dense (silvery)-golden hairs in the scutum). L. pullitarsis and L. rufitarsis need genitalia-based determination, but the colour of the legs here speaks for pullitarsis. All five are gall producers, the f5th from Near and Middle East is with partly over 10mm the largest known chloropid worldwide (reared from galls in East Georgia by the writer).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
