Yes - Phania funesta Smile It always has a very characteristic stance - just like in your photos. The short, glossy abdomen (often curved under) and the sloping, silvery face with a weak bend in the median vein are also good indicators. There is another species (thoracica) that it could be but it is so rare that it is very unlikely and we'd need to see the apical tibial bristles, which aren't visible on your photo Smile

WEll, they have more species in Belgium but agreed, all very rare.
