Thanks for the answer. Yes, it looks very similar. It's a hibernating female, found in an old cave/gallery of the 1st World war, in the forest (424 m)

Common species in medium and higher altitudes of Czechia and maybe also of Slovakia, but rare in Germany, Austria, France...
